Nicole Schnackenberg
Nicole Schnackenberg is a practicing psychotherapist, yoga teacher, writer, and a trustee of the Body Dysmorphic Disorder Foundation. She is the author of False Bodies, True Selves: Moving Beyond Appearance-Focused Identity Struggles and Returning to the True Self, and co-editor of Reflections on BDD: Stories of Courage, Determination and Hope, in which 34 people share their experiences of living with BDD. Her writings are fantastic resources for those wishing to learn more about body dysmorphia.
